What is a Traineeship?

A traineeship allows employees to learn work-based skills in a range of industries while being paid for 12 months.

Becoming a CCGT Trainee means the career seeker will work for one of our Host Employers, who will guide and support them with on-the-job training to develop their career skills and knowledge.

Trainees attend TAFE or a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) one day a week for 12 months, which will equip them with the skills and knowledge they need to participate in the workforce.
