How Do I Become a CCGT Apprentice or Trainee?

The first step in the CCGT recruitment process is to register with our organisation via this site or at school, TAFE or Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

CCGT's recruitment department has a three-stage interview process to screen people who register with us.

  1. Phone interview
  2. Face-to-face interview with CCGT Recruitment Officer
  3. Face-to-Face interview with CCGT's Host Employer

Our recruitment process also includes the following steps:

  • Complete a test to gauge suitability for selected industry
  • Pass a medical examination (for some Host Employers)
  • Complete an OH&S and company induction (two hours)
  • Agreement to CCGT's Terms & Conditions of Employment
