The Central Coast Regional GTO Network Try-A-Trade event was held on the 11th & 12th August 2011. All Central Coast High Schools, Alternative Learning School facilities and Job Services Australia Providers were invited to bring interested students/early school leaver clientele to this event. In total 403 students/clients participated in the 2 day event. The event allowed participants to have an interactive hands-on experience in the following National Skills Shortage trades: Carpentry, Bricklaying, Painting & Decorating, Plumbing, Electrical, Tiling, Horticulture, Metals & Engineering, Automotive, Hospitality and Hair & Beauty
